If you get unsatisfied or defected product from HEIGHTS., please kindly contact us via e-mail.
We will process it as soon as possible once we accept your claim.
You can ask to cancel and process a refund via e-mail.
Refund for the shipped item(s) will be processed after confirmation of returning item's condition.
Returns must be reported to us within 14 days from the day you receive the package.
Returns must be shipped out within 7 business days from the day you receive Return/Exchange form via e-mail.
All return shipping fees and other fees are the responsibility of the customer, not us. but we will pay for whole shipping cost and tax for incorrect/defected item(s).
All returns will be refunded via your original payment method. (PayPal or Eximbay)
Processing PayPal refund may take up to 14 business days upon receiving of the item(s).

Exchange and Refund will not be applied to:
If the delivered item(s) damaged or contaminated from its original condition.
If the tag or package damaged from its original condition.
In case that product is marked as 'No exchange/Refund' in its product page.
If the item is washed or repaired.
If the item is not available to re-sell.
